CHHENRA COLLAGE - An original Bengali play by ENAD

ENAD presents an original play, Chhenra Collage (Collage Torn),  a story about Nikhil and Nandini, a joyful loving couple who were  traversing  the regular  path of a happy life - success in USA, a baby, a home of theirdream.  They had a  seemingly perfect  relationship  with  each other, with their surroundings, friends and relatives.

Everything looked normal until their plans and course of life began to change owing to an unexpected turn of event that forced the characters confront their unseen selves - a painful and strained one. The relationships were questioned, the priorities changed and the dreams were about to get shattered.

The play creates a collage of these changing relationships. Do the relationships ever go back to their original place?  The characters   represent the  modern generation and  their frustrations, love and ambitions. The play is one that will haunt you with questions that you probably ask yourself very often. Please click here for the flyer.

The first show was held in Palo Alto, CA on 21st September, 2002. See the pictures from the show.  The second show was held in Davis, CA on 16th February, 2003.  Watch the video clips from that show.
